Dragon Fist MMA’s BRAVE system (Blind Readiness and Violence Education) is improving the safety of the blind community working with industry leaders including the Helen Keller National Center and Usher Syndrome Coalition. We are the world leaders when it comes to self defense for the blind.
Bruce Lee’s Legacy
Our instructors are 4th generation Bruce Lee students. Bruce is widely regarded as the father of mixed martial arts. His strategies and methodologies are still considered foundational by today’s pro MMA and UFC fighters.
Our unique education drives students from all across NY to attend out dojo. People travel from as far as New York City, Great Neck, Long Beach and South Hampton to take our classes.

SafeWrap Certified Instructors
SafeWrap is a proprietary system of restraint that is designed to maximize physical control while reducing the risk of injury to all parties involved in a use of force encounter. The system was created by Gracie University in response to inquiries from healthcare institutions that needed a way to safely restrain aggressive, suicidal, or emotionally disturbed patients in hospitals.
